Terms and General Conditions:

General agreement between “Let’s Go Booking” and the accommodation, or so referred to as the “Hostel/Hotel”.

  1. Responsibility of information:

 

    1. The Hostel/Hotel is responsible for all the information it provides to Let’s Go Booking to be true, precise and not deceitful, as well as all its translations. Let’s Go Booking reserves the right to delete information, should they have any reason to believe it is not correct.
    2. Let’s Go Booking does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages caused to the Hostel/Hotel, due to incorrect information attributed to the Hostel/Hotel and shown on the web page.
    3. The Hostel/Hotel will not include, unless in spaces provided to this end, information regarding telephone numbers, fax, link or e-mail address, or any other form of contact, nor will it mention or refer to other web pages. Let’s Go Booking reserves the right to not display some of the Hostel/Hotel data.
    4. The Hostel/Hotel will be the only responsible party in case of the display of unfit images through the web page, exempting Let’s Go Booking from any responsibility.
    5. Let’s Go Booking will not accept responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the improper use of the Hostel/Hotel username and his password by third parties.
    6. The Hostel/Hotel must authorise Let’s Go Booking to commercially publish all the information on beds and bedrooms it provided, on www.letsgobooking.com and on whichever of its associated websites.
    7. The lodging as such, by accepting these terms and conditions, acknowledges all standards credit card terms and conditions and therefore compromises not to misuse the credit card data provided by third parties at the Lets Go Booking website.
  1. Availability and Prices:

 

    1. The Hostel/Hotel accepts to provide bedrooms for sale through Let’s Go Booking, offering availability and tariffs that cannot be over the price given to similar tourism businesses, and never over the price directly published by the Hostel/Hotel, including through their own web page and through the telephone. All prices must be per person and per night with tax included.
  1. Bookings and Cancellations: 

 

    1. The Hostel/Hotel accepts to respect and automatically confirm all the original bookings made through Let’s Go Booking, respecting all the tariffs included in the booking.
    2. In case of overbooking, the Hostel/Hotel will be responsible for the relocation of the clients in a similar or superior standard accommodation to the Hostel/Hotel, and similar location, without any additional costs for the client.
    3. In case of cancellation before the time pre established by the hostel or in case of no arrival, the Hostel/Hotel will have the right to charge the amount corresponding to the first night, tax included, and will have the right to ask for the clients’ credit card details to Let’s Go Booking in order to complete the transaction.
    4. The Hostel/Hotel will be responsible for the credit card details and for the use of the clients’ credit card only for the above mentioned reason.
    5. The Hostel/Hotel will not be able to charge the client, in case of any modification of the booking made by the Hostel/Hotel itself without the written authorisation of the client, independently of the date.
  1. Commissions, Receipts and Rights:

 

    1. Let’s Go Booking will charge the Hostel/Hotel a commission for services rendered, which will not be refundable under any circumstances. The Hostel/Hotel will have to charge the client with the amount indicated in the booking sheet, upon his arrival at the Hostel/Hotel.
    2. The booking mails sent by Let’s Go Booking will be recognised as booking acknowledgments receipts, exempting any responsibility for any dysfunction of the Hostel/Hotel mail system. The mentioned confirmations will be sent to the Hostel/Hotel mail addresses in this purpose.
    3. It is the responsibility of the Hostel/Hotel to check that all the bookings made through Let’s Go Booking are processed correctly.
    4. Let’s Go Booking reserves the right to visit the establishment of the Hostel/Hotel at any time.
  1. Finalisation of the agreement:

 

    1. Whichever of the parties can end the present agreement, with an advance notice of at least 30 days, leaving the Hostel/Hotel the responsibility of carrying through all the bookings made through Let’s Go Booking until the last client’s stay. No party will be able to charge for any losses or damages caused by the ending of the present agreement.
